Run Longer, Faster and with Less Injuries!
 Running is a wonderful sport and is great for the body. But, it is most effective for long term health when combined and balanced out with a strength and flexibility program.

Since running is a repeative exercise and primarily a lower body workout, this can cause tension in the lower body and lack proper upper-body training.


Niki G's Yoga Boot Camp can help runners:

  • Relieve tension and tightness in the hip flexors, hamstrings, quads and lower back
  • Offset upper lower-body strength by strengthen the Upper Body
  • Strengthen the Core muscles (abs, low back etc.)
  • Increase overall strength, endurance and flexibility
